I started by improving my erections naturally, by External Link/Members Only, losing weight, and increasing intake of foods that are good for blood vessels like spinach, and External Link/Members Only, and quitting both masturbation and watching porn. With the newly purchased box of pills I sent my texts to line up my punt. Estimating that I would be punting in 30-60 minutes I broke a pill in half and took it with water. On my way there, making my way through the underground, and sometime within 30 minutes I could feel flushing of my skin and body. I guess it was working, although not where I was expecting.

1 hour later: When my punt began, I got harder than normal and without any direct contact. But I still lost wood when I was fiddling with getting my clothes off. Fortunately my wood came back very quickly. On with the punt and I easily popped twice in the hour with no problems, and less of those worrying thoughts in my mind "on no, am I going to lose wood?".

6 hours later: I started getting wood again just thinking about her.

Notes:
* Following that first usage I have since reduced the dose as much as possible, to about 1/3 tab, which is the smallest I can break the tablet. I think that 1/4 tab would also work fine for me, although I can't break it so small. Reducing the dose saves money, and most importantly is easier on the body to use as moderately as possible.
* I chew the tablet and swallow with water to increase the speed of action, especially if I am punting very soon. I have even done this immediately after I saw a girl, since I was expecting to walk didn't want to take a tab without punting. By chewing the tab and drinking with water on an empty stomach, its effect kicked in quickly enough for the round two.
* Most times I take it about 15-30 minutes before the punt. If I walk, its effect lasts long enough that I can then go to my plan B. And will then either pop twice with my plan B, or else have a single pop and then see a plan C and punt and pop again.
* I use Viagra as infrequently as possible, about once or twice a week, typically if I am planning two pops in one day. If I only expect a single, 30 minute punt and single pop, then I don't use it. This is to hopefully avoid developing tolerance or dependence.
* I still try to reduce my consumption of dietary fat, and I always fast on the day of my punt, and I don't eat my first meal until after I've punted. (I drink water, but no food.) Having a coffee about 20 minutes before the punt can help, adding certain spices to your diet, turmeric, ginger, can possibly help, eating nuts but not peanuts daily, can also help. You are on the right road with cutting down your fat. I read of one urologist who actually took a Viagra or similar each day, regardless of whether he was guaranteed to have sex, now that they are so cheap, its something to consider.

Abstinence from porn and masturbation, has been a tricky one, sometimes I can go for a week of 2 without it and other times I end up masturbating several times a day. Haven't managed to hit the right cord yet. But I try to ensure I have abstained at the least for 2-3 days before I punt.

I do pretty much no excercise , but I do eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink in moderation and have never smoked.
I've never had any issues and I seem to be able to remain hard for several minutes even after ejaculation. If I do go soft I can get hard very quickly.  :thumbsup:

Triangular deep breathing, ie, breath in slowly for 4 secs, hold for 4 secs, breath out slowly for 4 secs and repeat.   Doesn't make you any harder down there just staves off cumming too quick and lasting a lot longer.   :hi:

A lot of the suggestions I read in here my eyes just see “snake-oil-with-fancy-name”; but Lions Mane has a pretty solid medical reputation for supporting the nervous system. The other effects are more debatable but it certainly considered unlikely to do you any harm. Maybe by strengthening mental attitude it would well for some people in the ED department as a side effect. Of the amino-acids you mention I think it may be more a case of getting your own balance right.

Many people that do take supplements do so without knowing much about them, so as a general note for the thread I’d suggest:

Check the supplier. Many cheaper suppliers have a bad track record for products that are sub-optimum or not containing the full amount stated.

Read up on the product intensely. Lions Mane for instance (a good supplement for anyone) comes in different varieties. Even better-rated brands like Solgar can sell sub-optimum products (like their B12 which is made from a variety that leaves a marginally toxic residue).

Compare the most optimistic claims and the most sceptical ones — truth is often somewhere in between. For instance there may be some effects that are proven, some not known, and some clearly bollocks.

If you include vitamins, maybe look at mega-dosing — the amounts sold by Boots for instance are nearly always too small to have anything but a placebo effect. Mega-dosing involves boosting vitamin levels way above average he RDA (but safely) and usually combined with a lower food intake that is high in protein.

Just my thoughts.
