I would go incall unless you are 110% sure. Good hotels for incall include the doubletree Hilton and the hard rock hotel.

Conference centre very central. Anywhere Dub 1 or Dub 2 should be within waking distance. I don’t have a lot of suggestions for Dublin - punt in Cork normally.
