In an ideal world of course Maya would have brought it up herself, but back in the real world, how many SPs ever draw the customer's attention to possible discounts?
Offered a shower, I was asked to wait for 5 minutes as it was taken. The shower itself is in the basement, and whilst not the worst I've seen, it could still do with some TLC -- plus more space/hooks to leave one's clothes. At least the towel was fresh.
