I always have fresh breath spray on me. I wouldnt recommend brushing teeth just before a punt as that can increase the chances of infection due to possible gum tears.

You can buy small fresh breath sprays from most supermarkets/chemists for a couple of quid, easily fit in your pockets and if you wish you can use it during the punt as well.

As a smoker i use CB12 every day and found it works really well so much so I've had a few regulars say they didn't even knew i smoked until i went for a crafty one during extended meets. saying that its fucking expensive stuff.
I always pop a chewing gum pre punt but have to be carful as they have laxative tendencies and would hate to want a shit mid punt

I have a few of these lying around, car, rucsac, jacket pocket.  Ideal for a few blasts as you are in the lift or whatever just before entering WGs place.  Just tell the missus or SO that you have a niggling tooth or bit of meat stuck in your teeth, if she starts asking questions.

Yeah Tongue scraping is excellent for proper oral hygiene, it is far more prevelant in other parts of the world.
It is quite rare here so for the avoidance of doubt.

Infoseeker - quite right with this; try and solve the cause.  Using mints / sprays hides the issue.  Like not showering / washing and using deodorant.  The deodorant smells nice - you still don't. 

It is also a good indicator for your gag reflex to see if you drank too much the night before.  Allegedly...............

Bad breath bacteria reside on the tongue, esp towards the back. Tongue scraping is an essential part of a good daily oral hygiene routine and eliminates almost all of the stink. I prefer the U shaped ones. Stuff like gum, spray and mints only overpowers the stink for a short while, the bad breath is still lurking underneath.

I floss too always after eating, tongue scraping is part of morning and/or evening oral care routine.
Flossing is more to do with when you eat so they serve different purposes rather then on or the other.

You should be wary of floosing around punts since it might make you more susceptible to pick up nasties
ie if you floss before a punt and some bleeding occurs that is a risk.
floosing is so rare in the UK that when I am floosing in the gents people generally act like it is something they have never seen before

Regarding Fresh breath for a punt, I think kissing is best when the taste is natural and not mouthwashy or toothpasty, I just generally take good care of my mouth and don't do anything specific prior to a punt so that the taste and PH etc is normal and natural.

I dislike it when an escort has anything but a natural taste to her.... but obviously if you are not the first punter of the day (generally unlikely) you'd like them to have used anti-bacterial mouthwash to kill off the last guys nasties.

Yeah this is key actually.
I don't take any artificial sugar at all, like cakes, sweets, biscuits, fizzy drinks.
My experience at least is that it (artificially sugar) is an addictive substance and after say a month or two the craving and urge evaporates, so now I don't have any urge to eat/drink any of the above when I see them.

Perhaps that is the main reason why my (Beautiful Polish) dentist loves me, maybe the tongue scraper and floss is having less of an impact.

Going a bit off topic/extreme on topic but certainly if you remove sugar your oral hygiene will become more stable and "dog breath" become far less of a risk.
Escorts may even compliment you for your "perfect smile"  .... and they'll be more then willing to DFK with you... well unless they are Romanian.
