I have used them - OK but noisy (crinckle sound).

I used to see an SP up in the midlands who used one for anal - it was really good for that because the shit on your dick factor was zero. I'd recommend for anal for sure (she needs to pre-insert before the start of the session - then after you cum/finished, she can unload it over the bog).
