I generally have to travel for more than 1 hour to get to my meets, so I never book less than 1 hour.
Used to be that 2 pops in one hour was the norm, but now can usually control myself to have just one intense one at the end. More sex that way as no "break" in the middle for recovery time, or running the risk of falling foul of a wg's one-pop rule! :-)
Only done one overnight so far, but only paid for an hour initially....we got on so well that she ended up staying overtime chatting and drinking and the next thing we knew it was gone midnight, so she asked to stay....how could I refuse? :-) Another shag then before bedtime, and another for brekkie.
