Most, nearly all the TG's on AW in London have someone else writing their profiles for them and responding to emails, so that when you get there, they haven't a clue who you are or what you have asked for. Some don't even know what 'services' the pimp has put on there. The way to spot it is an over the top profile and the same with some of their feedback, including ridiculous names of alleged customers. These have often been written by the same Thai man who pimps them. Some of them are really working through agencies who have put them on there because they haven't been getting enough customers. However, HotThaiAngel (tours), Suzi Li and Alicia (in Victoria) are genuine and answer emails themselves because their English is proficient. They're also well worth a visit and have been in the biz a while. CuteThaiAimee looks alright and I'm sure it's her. Her profile sounds good too. There are many TG's who've tried the indie route on their own or with the help of a boyfriend/sponsor. Another thing - at £150 an hour, their usual price, you might as well have a look at a reputable Thai agency in London - it's just the same.
