I enquired about this out of curiosity once, and got quoted an hourly rate totalling a few hundred quid.  Decided it didn't appeal though.

I think if you're going to do it, you want to choose a girl who actively enjoys swinging and hence won't see it as an extra. There are a few around, typically British girls who started out as swingers then decided to turn their hobby into a business, so to speak.
