Don't know where you get that idea from, parlours and massage shops (that provide extras) are brothels and therefore illegal they can and do get raided by the police. On the other hand a girl on her own in a flat or hotel etc, working of her own free will, is doing nothing illegal so police have no reason to raid.

These days I'm pretty much only doing massages, and prefer walk-ins rather than making appointments which saves hanging around if I'm early or the stress if I get held up.

I'm the same - not keen on punting in the family home.  Seeing photos and tripping over kid's toys spoils the illusion. 

I prefer an anonymous apartment where you could be going to any flat in the block. 

Not keen on hotels.  As somebody else mentioned, parking can be an issue when you're not a resident and there's the risk of embarrassment if hotel staff object the goings on.

a good hotel will get you access to lift area, preferably have a large foyer with cafe/bar so you just blend in and can get to room without access control on corridor doors.

Personally ,from a mainly fbsm perspective, and west Scotland rather than Edinburgh flats are much preferred.  Even if it's a legit massage it feels more discreet and relaxed. 1 - House - Almost always easy to find. Tend not to be in the middle of a weird hard to find estate and parking is usually easier if they're in the suburbs.

2 - Apartment - Usually OK. I tend to get really lost in modern developments. I hate doormen, coded security gates and then there's the problem of WGS barely being able to direct you to their door. Second appointment is fine though assuming they stay in the same place otherwise it's the same torturous routine in a different block down the road

3 - Hotels - I hate hotels for incalls. I find it traumatic going into almost all of them. For outcalls they're great though but that's because I don't have to worry about being there and unlike most WGs, I'll happily go downstairs & pick them up.
