I've not tried recently, but have successfully done it in  the past.
You need to be able to prove the complaint e.g. lack of response to booking requests, or an e-mail chain showing refusals

If they're not offering meetings there's nothing to complain about. In this particular case a meeting was requested and offered, it just wasn't what was expected.

It's a general point which applies to the lady the subject of this review. Unappetising as it may be there are ladies who offer meetings on such terms as they won't be asked for or accepted. The offer is presumably sufficient for AW to allow them to have the escorting box ticked.
