It's Punting Day

Is there a better feeling then waking up knowing the day you have ahead of you.

Anyone have any pre punt superstitions???

Apart from needing a massive crap to empty out followed by a power shower thats about as far as my regular nerves take me.

Two mins into punt I'm my usual self and feel in total comfort.

I always arrive in the general area well before time, so will often have a 'settler' in a nearby pub.

Wish I was on my way now. Mine is not booked until this evening, I work until six so that gives me a couple of hours to go home shower shit shave and change. Then get to hotel with 30 mins to spare before said girls turn up!!

The excitement had already kicked in though so it will be an anxious wait
Until tonight. Mind you I have them booked For four hours so plenty of time to make up for it.

4 - pack bag - ropes, riding crop, rice, cable ties, etc.
5 - check destination on satnav
6 - arrive early and recce location/parking

For me, on the day of the punt I shower, take my Tibetian herbal supplement, do my kegel exercises, take the train to the city I'm punting in, then walk or take taxi, then contact the girl to say I've arrived, then go in her house/apartment/hotel.
