Tough one to answer. It could vary on all sorts of factors:

Not as experienced as most of the other members who have replied to you, but I will give you my two pennies' worth anyway: The few duo bookings that I have had have generally been worse than booking each girl individually. I think a lot girls suggest duo bookings because they get paid the same rate, but have to do less "work" - that's a bit of a cynical way of looking at it, but that has been my impression.
