Hi Doe. Before I answer your question I'd encourage you to write reviews on your punts. Especially the girl who no-showed - that will definitely be handy to someone to know who did that. It might not seem like much but could help others avoid their shit service in the future.
If I were you I'd treat your next punt like a fresh start. I would try and stack the odds in your favour as much as you can. Punting is never a sure-fire hit (hence why it's called 'punting') however there's a bunch of things you can do to improve your chances of having a good time.
Here's some advice, some of which is already in this thread.
1) Don't punt whilst drunk. Not only does it usually result in performance issues, it can leave you vulnerable if you pick one of the scammers. At most have one to calm your nerves - I still get pre-punt jitters and have been doing it for 3 years at this point, so it's only natural.
2) Romanians are notorious for bad service. There have been some good Roms but they are few and far between. Probably would not recommend, especially to - for lack of a better term - a novice punter. Would recommend a WG with English as her mother tongue whilst you find your feet. Communication goes a long way.
3) Do your homework on the girl you choose. On here, search for the WG (if you use AW, there's a unique code you can put into the search function) and if you can't find anything ask questions. Someone else has seen the girl and either hasn't got around to posting a review or had no intention to. I can't count the amount of times I've considered seeing someone, done my due diligence and found a good reason or two not to see that particular WG.

External Link/Members Only is your friend. That gives a bunch of great tips which has helped me get the most out of punting. "Punting Introduction" and "Punting Top Tips" especially are recommended reading.
5) For just getting started, I would go for someone with as close to 100% positive reviews on here as possible. Arrange it a day or two beforehand and explain what you want. If you can, speak to her over the phone too. Some girls will insist you do this anyway, you can tell a lot more from a phone call than an exchanging of AW emails.
6) If you're looking for OWO and CIM, make sure you confirm with the WG. If I'm after a service like that, I have a "confirm twice" rule. Confirm it during your initial communications and confirm it when you first meet
before handing over the cash. If you do wait until after money changes hands to confirm and she says no you're likely not going to get your money back.
Hopefully that's a help. You've had two bad experiences, everyone on here who has punted for a decent amount of time has had them. Just unfortunate yours have come at the start. I'm sure you can find one girl that can show you a good time.
