I don’t know if this topic has been discussed before but as I’m not really a regular punter myself I have often wondered if you will stand a better chance of “extras” if you present yourself fully shaved below....personally i just keep everything trimmed and tidy as I don’t wish to encounter any curious questions from the better half but if it may offer benefits then maybe I might sneakily try it for a short time......any opinions on this

Personally I believe so but I'm always keeping it trimmed anyway, I find with some WG's the better your personal hygiene is the better service provided will be.

I always remember that one SP once told me that the best way to get rid of pubic hair was to spit it out.

The trouble with clean-shaving your pubes is that you have to keep doing it every few days or the itching as it regrows will drive you mad.  I always found that a neat trim was considered perfectly acceptable and doesn`t require quite such regular or meticulous attention.

From my own experience yes definetly better punts shaved and trimmed.I find shaving my balls and trimming the rest works well .Ball hairs are much thiner so dont get irritation but the thicker pubes above can cause ingrown hairs or just itch if fully shaved so a neat trim on them does it for me.

I’m more inclined to agree with everything that has already been said so far. Trimming your bits into a tidy surface makes you look clean and avoids the inevitable itching from shaving it all off.
I’ve been punting for four years now and for the first 18 months of that, I would go in au naturale: untrimmed bush with not much care given to it.

Anyway I tend to shave my balls once a week and trim the rest fairly short every couple of weeks, i'd shave it completely if it wasn't for the fact that I shower in the gym and it's "All lads together" so it would look out of place.
I did see another guy once who was totally shaved in the shower and wondered what the reason behind it was but i've only ever seen it once so it's far from the norm

I've been "bald" for 40 years as "her indoors" likes it that way. No hassle, just shave every morning in the shower. Make sure you use a decent disposable razor and change it regularly, a moisturiser afterwards helps as well. Used various products over the years, but the Nivea Body Shaving range is pretty good.

I too have been going to the gym for years and whilst trimmed is pretty common there aren't that many "smoothies", but it doesn't bother me.

i think shaving is important, the wg can see your shaved , clean etc and might get a better service, and it depends what you want from the punt as well, i prefer to shave but its expensive, would cost around £40  a month in London and i rather save that money for punting.

Veet Too expensive and smells and you have to be careful with application time, I've not suffered with over long application but some have
Nair As above but Poundland prices.
Magic Powder As the name suggests it somes in powder form and needs mixing with water but is a right PITA () to get the right consistency, in all the times I tried it I failed, either too thick or too runny. Now have moved onto Magic Powder Cream, it comes in several strengths and a tube is around a fiver on Ebay, search for Razorless Hair Removing Cream Shave by Softsheen. My preferrence is Extra Strength. I've not encountered any issues with over long application, recently I've applied the cream then had a facial shave then jumped in the shower and removed the cream with the greenside of a dishsponge and done my shower routine then given the area another wipe with the sponge. You might see some hair still in the area initially but rubbing of clothing will rid you of the last few hairs.

Yes thats the exactly what i do, get a complete wax, it does hurt alot especially if you have a sensitive skin etc but the pain usually goes away straight away.
