If no blood or no itching no problem man up. Yu could just be shooting a jelly lump:
Jelly-like lumps or streaks are very normal in semen. Most people seem to think that semen comes from their testicles (balls), but 95% of it or more comes from 3 other types of organs. The actual sperm is pumped up to above the prostate gland in the mid-abdominal region just before ejaculation, and at the moment of ejaculation the sperm, together with fluids from the prostate and the "seminal vesicles" are injected together into the urethra. Typically 65-80% of the fluid comes from the seminal vesicles and about 20-30% comes from the prostate. As the combined fluid travels along the urethra, a small amount (typically less than 1% of the volume) is added by the Cowper's glands near the base of the penis. (They make a clear mucous-like liquid called pre-ejaculate or "precum").
The proportions of the various fluids will vary depending on the amount of time since your last ejaculation, what you've been eating, and other factors. Part of the fluid (primarily from the prostate, I think) is designed to congeal immediately after ejaculation, especially if it hits an acidic surface (the lining of the vagina, your sweaty skin, even traces of urine in your urethra). This is the stickiest part of the semen and helps to keep it from running out of the vagina. There are other components of the fluid designed to liquefy the semen after that so that the sperm can swim more easily to the egg. This usually takes from 5 to 40 minutes after ejaculation. The liquid portion may be reduced in volume if you are dehydrated (haven't been drinking enough water).
Younger men (teenagers, for example) tend to have more watery and clear semen. The whitish substance tends to increase as you get older. The white coloured substance also seems to take longer for the body to manufacture. The more frequently you ejaculate, the more clear the semen tends to be.
In short, I don't think the white lumps are anything to worry about.
As for Tony's problem that "it hurts sometime", it depends on what hurts. It sounds like you might be talking about what people call "blue balls". Do a web search for "blue balls" and you might find out more.
