I read it again, you're right, 30 minute edging, £120 for a half hour of "normal" services.
Or 15 mins "normal" services for £70.
Further hours past the first @ £220 are £100.

She's financially illiterate, and that's one of my red flags, along with long lists of extras for what are usually basic services (she doesn't do that, but it's still a red flag for me.).
