From what I can gather he's (miraculously) had his diagnosis and is left to ponder on that.  It was mildly entertaining but the rule exists for a reason.

More interesting to me is when WGs actually do know they have an STI and carry on working and the ethics around that.  In some cases they may not have a choice (and it may also be difficult to be 'allowed' to find the time during working days to even go to the clinic for a diagnosis/medication).
