There seem to be an increasing number of girls on AW asking for advance deposits and most of these are too obvious scams. Melia-May is the latest example External Link/Members Only.
Body too good to be true. Does bareback, car meets and lots more but wants an advance deposit, after which I doubt you will see her again!

You never ever even contemplate paying a deposit unless you are absolutely sure the SP is bona fide.

You will have quite a number of pro doms who advertising and asking for a deposit, especially those who have to rent dungeons or premises. Those travelling from abroad to tour etc.
I’ve never paid a deposit simply because I don’t feel the need too.

But I would if I felt a complete urge to see one of these ladies and I was 100% certain of authenticity.
Ie: do my research, references etc.

But the ones you guys are highlighting. No fucking way.

129 rating - 131 positive /  2 neutral /  2 negative
But a look through the feedback shows that it is littered with complaints about being scammed, though I could only view the most recent 100.
* An additional 8 were definitely negative (and all about her deposit scam) but are as 'feedback only' - not negatives
* another 6 or so were fb removed, but her response, which remain visible, indicate that they were complaints (not necessarily malicious)
* another 5 or so did seem to be relatively spurious complaints - for example about difficulty eliciting replies

This amply demonstrates why the AW rating numbers are simply not to be trusted. My hunch, mentioned elsewhere, that all double-figure AW positives should be divided by 10 and all negatives multiplied by 20, gives her a 13:40 ratio... much closer to her ratio here on UKP -  0 positive 4 negative. If the feedback-only ratings were to be added to such a calculation, then she would be far deeper in red.

One to avoid.

This forum is to help each other. I would like those who got scammed to report those profiles in AW and post a negative review here to warn others. IMHO those are more helpful than a positive review.
Real idiots are the one who get scammed and don't report them.  :hi:

I have reported this profile to AW half a dozen times this year. They delete it after a day or two but she relists always giving Camden as the location and asking for a paypal deposit.  AW *will* delete these scam profiles if you report them.

Reporting them just makes more money for AW.  They have the tech to ban them for good but prefer the cash instead
