Mulheresvip is just a vehicle to allow escorts to advertise. So more like Adultworks as opposed to an agency like HOD or Diva etc. Prostitution is legal in Portugal but not agencies/brothels - hence you dont see agencies as such.

Incalls are generally safe and the address listed for her is downtown lisbon and in a busy area so should be good.

I searched her name on a few local review boards, I cannot list their links unfortunately as against the rules. But her reviews and ratings are poor circa 2 or 3 out of 10. I think they were last reported around 2 years ago. You could just type her name and add escort lisbon and you will find all the places she advertises and her reviews.
