Nice to know that an undisclosed number of women are getting this procedure on the NHS, I should imagine they cite pressing mental health concerns when they present  . It's highly arguable that many actually use the muscles when servicing clients.  Most are more likely to use their legs and core to avoid penetration so perhaps you may be more likely to get into their slack interiors.

An interesting thread in that it went in several directions and exposed several myths about sex. Apart from Rebecca's obvious and understandable exasperation at the vaginal tightness joke....here's a clue, a low mileage vagina can be wider than a high mileage vagina, the determining factors are physiology and fitness level amongst others yet as a youngster I was the first one to have sex with a physically fit army nurse and she had a fanny like the Flying Scotsman's boiler....go figure.
