It doesn't look to me like she's hiding anything on her leg (it's shown in various positions), and some of the photos show her tummy quite clearly. It looks more like she may have a sleeve tattoo on her arm and they've tried to photoshop that out.

Not quite sure why that would create such a fuss

They can, but it is quicker and less time consuming to pose with tattoos hidden.  It also means you don't get the odd blurring when painting over the tattoos with photo editing software.

I agree, but the bottom pic, her hand/wrist isn't hidden. Don't get me wrong if it is a tattoo and she wants it not shown then fair play, that's her prerogative. Who knows

I think you're stretching a point there ( no pun unintended!)

DP is the common term for vaginal and anal simultaneously.

DVP is the term for any form of double vaginal penetration.

Oral and vaginal simultaneously would generally be referred to as spit-roasting, although I doubt there's an AW 'likes' category for that.

I know what DP is the "common term" for, however AW doesn't distinguish between DAP, DVP or spitroasting, so if a SP wants to advertise on their likes list a preference for one of the 3 variants there is only one choice to select.
