I'm not sure what crime they will charge him with? charging him with rape would not be accurate as presuming sex worker agrees to sex but charging him with shopliefting would put police in objectifying women. It would be an awkward one.

They cant either charge him with running naked down the street as public nudity is not a crime in and of itself.
