Adultwork messaging/booking - ignored with no feedback

I am fairly (<12months) new to using SPs and after a couple of bad experiences with VS I tend to stick to AW now.

Many profiles list no number, so the only method of contact is through the AW email or booking request.
I sent a few early on and they all got ignored. I have recently (finally) been left some feedback and hey presto the recent messages I have sent have mostly been met with a decent response.

Do SPs on AW ignore users with 0 feedback or can they set filters?

Quite a lot of SP's have on their profile something along the lines of "if you have zero feedback I won't see you" or "if you don't have any feedback yet, I will require a deposit" due to timewasters.

Everyone has to start off without feedback and it's annoying when a lot of SP's DON'T leave you feedback despite you leaving them feedback - either their too lazy or can't be bothered.

What a lot of people seem to do is add SP's to their hotlist and keep an eye on their profiles so when they are working they often display their number which you can then text or call them on (read the profile for how best they prefer to be contacted) and arrange a booking and then make the booking on AW to get / give feedback.

There are of course many SP's who just take bookings by phone direct and purely use AW as a 'shop window' to give their info.

A lot of foreign SPs will also 'park' their profile when they return home, and will only display a phone number when they're back in the country. The same goes for tourers and part-timers. Check when they've last logged in to see if it's worth emailing them.

I found out (in the early days of me using AW with zero feedback) A polite enquiry explaining your newness so to speak. ……. Might just get you through the door of a SP who insists on it.

Was your message read, and if yes, how did you respond, and it could be simple as this

When I first joined AW, I had no feedback, so sent a message to escort, nice and polite telling them about myself, and explained look I dont have any feedback, but would like to make a booking, with the escort

With my actions I ended up getting a booking, and of course got a feedback from the escort

Yes a lot ignore you.  I had the same, then when I finally found one prepared to see me with no feedback, covid happened and they left the country before giving me any.  Thankfully I have better options near me so I simply gave up on it

As said, everyone starts on that site with no feedback. I was quite fortunate in that I found someone who was more than willing to exchange feedback relatively early and had no qualms about booking someone with zero feedback. The only hoop I had to jump through was to make a phonecall (from a non-withheld number, of course) which I think is reasonable - especially as someone with a burner phone from the start .

The best way to do it is to find someone who has done it in the past, maybe look at their feedback and then see if they left feedback in return. Go with someone well-reviewed on here and maybe even go the extra mile and be willing to write an AW field report in return. Once you're on the 'feedback ladder', to coin a phrase, it makes things a little bit easier on that site. As with anything, the way you conduct yourself also may be the difference between a yes and a no.

There is a very simple solution to your problem OP, (and Hardman123). Search out a WG on AW who does not insist on previous feedback, and who reliably returns feedback to punters.

I have about 30 positives on AW and plenty of SPs ignore my polite enquiries. I always put my age , ethnicity, time of booking and type of service including length. As of this evening I have 3 unread emails from well reviewed SPs
So don’t worry about it OP . It can be bloody hard work to pay someone for an appointment

Agreed I think it's a fiver though but still basically nothing in the grand scheme of things.

It costs £6.50 to display as available today, ie a green light
About £2.60 a day to be listed under local escort

Yes but they wouldn't be free when I contact them if they did have enough work without it and most are free so that doesn't really stack up

 Well I have to disagree with you a little here, it can bring work, however it also brings a whole raft of shite, a green light and a number displayed seems to bring out all the idiots and chances and dealing with the admin and filtering those out from the genuine clients can be absolutely exhausting and often counter productive.

When touring in a new area you can almost write off day one to time wasters, it's almost like a pod of sharks that smell new blood ffs

Using it at a permanent base is less stressful as most of the problem callers have either been blocked or given up

As you said earlier, a WG may not need her green light on to obtain bookings. And as MissWolf has also stated, it could be more of a hindrance than a benefit. It's annoying when members on here think they know better than the WG's on how to run their business. It reminds me of previous conversations about how much WG's earn. Because there are 7 days in a week, and 24 hours in a day, it's assumed by some, that they would be fucking every hour and earning £££'s per week !

Indeed just this, green light goes on from midnight to midnight

I prebooked it for Saturday as I was starting a tour, went to bed at 11pm Friday evening,  phone on silent till 7am, woke to 17 text messages sent between 12.15am and 5am, mostly Hi, Hey, you available,  party now, etc also 6 missed calls from the same period of time and a couple of WhatsApp messages and I'm not a hot young thing so I'm sure it's more of an issue for others

I think if anything this thread just proves how different everyone's advertising preferences are. I sometimes use AT/Local Escort feature but haven't had my number up for almost 10 years. I also don't reply to folks without feedback.

I am happy with the number of people I see so If it works for the SP then I guess her model is successful for her.

Pre-panemic I used Local Escort a lot found that worthwhile, but I don't find any need to use it post-pandemic.

I do have a zero feedback policy on my AW profile.....however if I receive a nice polite friendly email I will take the enquiry seriously and progress the enquiry.
