I’m a bit puzzled by this because it’s always fairly apparent here that leeches/non contributors etc get weeded out and put straight by others anyway. Then often binned by moderators. The contributors sort of police it fairly well anyway I’d say.
Am I right folk can do a fair bit surfing without even being registered? Probably more so if they’re clever or maybe use VPN’s or whatever? If so they’re the real leeches half of which are probably frightened to even register.
