I don't have a massive amount of punts under my belt and wanted to ask when the best time is usually to go and see a service provider.

On the one hand logic would dictate that a morning appointment would mean you are one of the first (say 11am or maybe midday), but what's not to say she might have seen some partners late into the night and as such, will be knackered? 

Would be useful to know in context of both independents and agency providers.

In my experience, you have no idea what the WG has been up to (long overnight, shagging bf or pimp in the morning or perhaps no bookings all morning or afternoon etc), regardless of what their timetable/working hours are like (if they even publish them) . There could also be many random events that happen to disturb their day/put them in a good or bad mood etc. Some girls are night owls, others will prefer mornings etc.

Just punt when you want/it's convienient for you. If you have a bad time, it's because the WG is shit or if she's having bad day, she should've cancelled on you. Overall, the time of day has very little impact and the impact it does have, you can't predict.

Girls who offer "happy hours" are really quite rare (and of course it's not always 1-3pm), so I'd be hesitant to base anything on such a small "sample size". Based on my experiences and occasional chats with WGs, aside from around/afer 5pm, lunchtimes is one the of busiest (as tcm has indirectly suggested). However, most girls I see are based in/near Manchester city centre so that probably has a big effect. I also do like to punt around lunchtimes myself (I often am able to have a long lunch).
