Lovely lady I have met quite a few times, premises are easy to find and clear instructions pretty good english.  Apartment is on ground floor and she will buzz you in as you reach main door.

Apartment is clean and usually nice and warm.

She is maybe size 12 ish, not slim but not overly heavy, nice face.  Very approachable, seems to have a good idea of when to chat and when to be quiet and let you relax. Works in t-shirt and short skirt.

Leaves room to let you get undressed, usually offers a bottle of water

This lady does actually know how to do a massage has in my opinion excellent skills in that area.  Uses glove for HR at end and is good at this. If you ask nicely maybe on second visit you can get prostate massage if that is your thing.

To date she has been very reliable and professional.
