Deserves a negative review in my opinion.
She knew you were on the way, you informed her you would be 5 minutes late.
You did nothing wrong to cause her to switch her phone off.
How many times are punters kept standing outside because the girl isn't quite ready for them?

I texed her  45 before the meet to say I am on my way.
She replied ok.
Then I texed her to say I will be there in 5 minutes,
And she replied she has to cancelled. As something come up.
Texed her no reply
Then phoned her. The phone was switched off.
And I never had a plan b.
She sounded verry nice and polite when I spoke to her early evening. 
It was a wasted journey.  And I was well pissed off.

In the circumstances I think you should review, too often this happens to punters, and they are left waiting having journeyed some distance. If punters did it to the girl they would be royally pissed off.

Sorry Donman, I misinterpreted your post.
I thought you meant you would be a few minutes late.
What she has done is even worse if you were there on time or even a little early.
Definate negative review required in my opinion.

I must say I had the totally opposite service to Donman, I remember putting on the HL when he first mentioned her then didn't keep up with the posts, glad I didn't because I probably wouldn't have gone if I'd fully read this thread.

I honestly had a top punt with no complaints, she did say she only took a few bookings a day but that in no way is an excuse for cancelling like this.

I saw her a good few years ago when she was working for Diana (who is also of Khazakhstan origin like Zara) they used to operate from the south side apartments on Essex st. since then Diana moved her operation to Sherborne st and Zara has just reappeared after a few years.
I must say she was a proper GFE when I saw her and I think I saw her more than once. Great girl with good service but a lot of water has passed under the bridge since then.
