I've never had any of these TS-spotters tell me clearly what the telltale signs of spotting one are. And these heavily airbrushed pics don't help the matter at all.

BUT this looks to me about the most convincing example of a post-op I've seen. I concur OP, seems like its sitting "on top of" the body instead of a naturally occuring part of the anatomy. Somethings off.
