Complex area but in essence, this is UK law (laws for other countries may be different):

Commissioned works

When you ask or commission another person or organisation to create a copyright work for you, the first legal owner of copyright is the person or organisation that created the work and not you the commissioner, unless you otherwise agree it in writing.

However, in some circumstances, for example when copyright is not dealt with in the contract to commission the work, courts may be willing to find that there is an implied licence allowing the commissioner to use the work for the purpose for which it was commissioned. This does not necessarily result in a transfer of ownership. Instead, the commissioner of the work may only get a limited non-exclusive licence. This situation demonstrates the importance of establishing who owns copyright through a contract.

In short, you need to get her to agree to sign a model release form if it's for public consumption. And if she knows its for a porn site, then I suspect she'll refuse.

Not purely a copyright question but the intentions and permissions for use

As mentioned, you’re the commissioner and if she filmed then the default is she has copyright
If no more was discussed then on a rights basis its quite open

If you had signed a model realease it would dictate the agreement on what could be done , but the lack of it doesn’t mean it can’t be published

You can always ask that she takes it down

If you film this encounter, you may very well hold the rights to the video, but as for posting it online; I'm thinking unless the escort signs something like a model release form, you could be restricted from posting the video online

If you paid her to film her then you own the copyright and if you do upload it online she cant do nothing about it because she a prostitute but you need prove that she a prostitute.

I think that's just about the most dangerous bollox in two sentences I have ever read on here.
Where in law does a prostitute become a lesser being in the eyes of the law, when being a prostitute is not illegal? Those that say that yes you have the copyright if you take the video are correct but that does not entitle you to share it without a model release. Especially if it is part of a business transaction and the video maker has not explicitly stated the use and agreed it with the model. I doubt there is a WG  in the UK who would willingly allow a punter to make a video then distribute it on the internet. If anyone takes a video and says it's "for their own use only" and then distributes it more widely, then they commit an offence.

If the OP is serious and not just waving a silly fishing rod about, them the procedure for normal (civvie model) filming is to ask the girl to sign a ‘model release form’ in advance. It can state what sort of filming will be done, what it will be used for and if the girl relinquishes all her rights to the film. You can download sample forms. It would need to be an unusual and pretty hardcore prossie who would sign such a thing.

The general feeling I get though is that unless it is clearly for his own use and on the prossie’s terms then the OP is either full of shit or up to no good.

I'm not up to no good.

I like to have a record of my meets and often take copies of the AW pics to keep.
The girl concerned does have videos on AW and other places and shows her face.
As long as I am not identifiable I'd like to share for the pleasure of others.

But I will get at least an email from her agreeing I can take video and post on a porn site.
