Telegram WG’s?

Does anyone use the app Telegram. It’s like WhatsApp basically. But a mate just told me it’s possible to search for groups and people in the area you are in.

Well a bunch of down right illegal shit comes up and some WG’s if your to believe it.

Anyone used this feature and had a successful punt? I wouldn’t trust it but thought I’d ask.

I'm on telegram, banned from twatter. However there are lots of fake prozzers on there that send messages asking me for business.
 Either a sugarbabe or pro. They inevitably give themselves away has scammers by asking for gift cards or part payments by card. I tell them its a cash only transaction, they soon go quiet once they know I'm not a mug.Never hear from them again.
Imo,  prozzing is a cash only business...

I only use Telegram to join a lotta Brazilian WGs groups where they post free content but 99% of them aren't in this country so it's just explicit Instagram to me until I get to go out there. Gotta say that feature sounds too risky.

WeChat also has a "nearby" feature and has been similarly abused by both genuine and fake SPs.

I’m pretty sure it’s all scams. Well the ones I’ve tested are lol. They just happen to be from/in the same area I tell them I am from. Offer all services for a low hourly rate. Gonna ask if it’s cash at the meet and see what the response is just for the sake of completion lol

I tried it. Complete waste of time. Full of scammers who all follow the same script. The girl will ask you where you are, by some miraculous coincidence she is always very close to you (giving you her full address), she will quote you very reasonable prices, she will agree to any service you ask without asking for extras. Then when all is agreed she will ask you for payment upfront on a gift card!

If you use the "people nearby", these people are not even nearby. They use software which spoofs their location.
