It's definitely something to consider, but I'm sure few of us never imagines that she's never had unprotected sex, or that if she's in a relationship that she does't have BB with her partner, some also do porn shoots where protection isn't worn apart from that they are regularly tested, the pictures you see are likely from a year ago or more and they may have had 10 more tests since then. The question is whether you believe that she's regularly having unprotected sex with punters not never had unprotected sex ever in her life and unless you're having unprotected sex with her then the risk is still minimal.

It's a judgement call at the end of the day, I wouldn't rule it out but I'd do as much research as possible to see if there was the slightest inkling that it was being offered in punts.

I agree with HarryZZZZ it's a judgement call. Its foolish to think that working girls don't have bb sex with other people. Any bb images in the public or private galleries should be considered.
My advice is to take responsibility for your own sexual health and rubber up when having sex. If you are into owo then consider the risks in light of the bb images and do what you feel comfortable with. If you have any doubts probably best to avoid the lady. It's your choice.
