Anyone been to see Stacey? Could well fancy a visit when in the area....
Technically I went to see Stacey. But she didn’t do it for me.
I’d rang in the morning, to see if Monica or Nancy was working. Stacey said only Nancy was on this day, Monica worked in Derby.
I breached the subject on the phone, without asking straight out if she did a “special No11”.
I was trying to appear respectful and embarrassed, and her replies gave the quite obvious suggestions that she did.
I said I’d be along two hours later.
After about 45 minutes I walked into the shop, and asked “Is Monica here today by any chance, or is she working at the Derby shop?”
As it wasn’t Nancy, I figured this was Stacey.
Have to be honest, she didn’t do it for me at all. Probably a size 16 (no offence) which put me off immediately.
And not that good looking either. But I get the eye of the beholder aspect.
I then said “OK, thanks, no problem, I’ll nip to Derby”
