Hilton Garden Inn & Double Tree are bothe near Temple Meads. Ibis I think (from memory) requires a card key

Assuming you you're referring to the one in the center and not redcliffe? Pretty easy. Reception is your left, walk straight forward to the lifts or alternatively use the stairs.

The Double Tree near Temple Meads does require a key card for the lifts, at least it did last summer when I met someone there.
