I have to visit the dentist on Monday and have taken some time off work for the appointment. This has freed up some time before that could be taken up with a quick punting opportunity of drilling and filling a hot milf, you know how it is when that happens
But before a punt I take cialis or spedra as an insurance.
I am be getting filled and drilled at the dentist and having the numbing
injection in the mouth.... anyone know if there are any medical issues
in taking cialis  is etc and then having the numbing drug a few hours later? Cheers

At least, inform dentist, if you take it.

The numbing drug shouldn't make any difference to you taking Cialis, viagra or anything else of that nature.

The little blue pills are blood thinners whereas the numbing injection is a local anesthetic. As long as you're not put under general anesthetic you should be fine and are in more danger from taking painkillers and Cialis than anesthetic.

If they decide to put you under, I'd recommend telling them you popped a pill that morning so they can adjust things accordingly.

I don't think there are any specific interactions, but as above, it always makes sense to tell your anaesthetist anything else you are taking (even if it's only a local), because of the unpredictability of nitrates in some people.

That said, we all have to check out somehow, someday...

Depends what type of anaesthesia is being used, and that depends on how tight the dentist is and what type of procedure you are having.
Xylocaine/Lignocaine is the old school numb, derived from cocaine. Everyday procedure use (filling/crown work/minor extraction).

A vasoconstrictor constricts the vessels to hold the anaesthetic in place and used for more major procedures (large extractions/root canal/apexectomy).

Both should be fine but you might feel a little light headed the more anaesthetic is used.

As someone else said, tell the dentist. No need to be a prude when your health is in question.

Thanks all for the helpful info, i guess as i am driving the sensible thing will be to leave it out as I do not know what my bodily reaction will be to the injection at the dentists. plenty more punting opportunities at other times in the future hopefully. Cheers lads  :hi:
