Haha that is class!!!
I got a laugh from that
Yes very bad customer service.
Things -not about the above, just in general - which annoy me about communications, from the service provider point of view -
1) I don't take bookings by text, I get all muddled up over who is who, and who wants what (if a few texters at once) and back and forward texting takes so much longer than a quick concise phonecall. Often the booking time would nearly be elapsed before the meeting is confirmed using the back and forward texting method. I get people determined to text back and forward from 10am looking for an 11am appointment. By the time it was arranged the meeting would be half finished! I don't get irate or anything if people text me (it may be their way of initiating a conversation), I will simply text back ONCE , answering their original question and saying they will need to call me please when convenient for them. If they continue texting after that, I just ignore. Sometimes if in an impatient mood I will send a text back saying "Sorry this handset does not accept sms messages" - people always call after that!!
2) People enquiring very very vaguely, without even a date or estimated time for a booking, yet wanting to know my
exact location. Like street name and number of house. I am quite happy to give out street name and house number (but not buzzer) when a booking is made, but I don't think that info is needed when just making a general enquiry. It should be enough to give a nearby landmark or general local area, nearest rail station (there is one very near me), perhaps even street. That should be enough to estimate times etc. I don't need every tom dick and harry who phones knowing which block is a "house of ill-repute"
3) "Which one are you again?" seems to annoy me for some reason!
4) People who want to tell me all about their personal life, reasons for booking, the weather etc on the phone - it shouldn't take longer than a few minutes. Select lady - make introduction - confirm services and price if you like, no problem with that at all - arrange time - confirm before setting off - polite end of conversation. That's all that is needed. Chat during the massage if you like, but don't hold up my phone line when I'm queuing in tescos or eating dinner or something!
5) People who are pushy for times I'm not available. Goes a bit like this - "Are you available at 11pm tonight?" Me - "No sorry i finish at 6" "Are you sure, I'm only free at 11, will you see me at 11?" Me - "No sorry I finish at 6, I have other commitments after that" "So you definitely can't make it at 11 then?" Me (starting to get really pissed off now
) - "No, sorry, like I have said, I have other commitments then" "But couldn't you squeeze me in? / but I can't do before 11 (wounded puppy dog voice) / can't you make time?" etc etc.... ad infinitum....
I'm now going to look like the
evilest sex worker ever but these things really grate on my nerves.
