Plan B for outcalls

Just wondering does anybody or have done  book a plan B for outcalls just in case plan A fails.

Do you double book for same time and take who ever you fancy at the time or who ever arrived first.

Or book with a time gap in between??

Double booking means you'd be too late to cancel B.  You have to book B for later, say at least an hr after A is meant to finish.  If you don't give decent notice to B then she/pimp may blacklist you as a timewaster and you won't be able to book her in future.  If you do cancel A or she no-shows then you could always call B to see if she can come earlier.
