Anyone can view anyone else’s feedback providing it isn’t hidden by clicking on the number in brackets next to their user name

Yes. Anyone can see feedback given to a SP (unless the SP has "hidden" their feedback) so if they know your AW name (which they will if you have booked or messaged them via AW) then they know its from you.
