Let me start by saying this negative is as much about the lady who I booked Apple through, as it is the girl. I cannot make any judgement on Apple’s services or personality. It was purely the appearance that put me off, and then the really bad service I got from the Lady at Olina.

So i decided to try the new joiner at Olina. Unusually the booking process was not as easy as usual, it took them 2 hrs to reply and was patchy comms.

I arrived at the flat was initially not sure I had the right location as it is a run council estate building.  I was right on time, and pressed the intercom to be let in.  I then walked to the front door and knocked on the door.  (This is where it all started to go wrong).  I heard some shuffling behind the door and a quiet voice saying she would be there in a minute.  I could hear more movement behind the door and then the same girl talking on the phone.  After 3 minutes of waiting outside I knocked on the door again and got a reply to please wait further. 

After 5 minutes of waiting, the door opened with the usual hide behind routine, and the girl was there.  I was taken aback. It was the girl in the pictures but only just.  She had made no effort in my opinion - no make up, hair looked messy, was wearing some weird fluffy slippers, and a white thong and bra. 

I paused to think as I took off my shoes, and then as she was walking up the stairs I saw that her body - it was not my type at all. A very saggy bum and not toned. 

I politely said that I changed my mind, and would be leaving.  She asked what was wrong and I just said I didn’t want to go ahead.  She let me out and I walked away.

As I was walking back to the bus stop, my phone rang and it was the lady from Olina.  She was immediately rude and said I was wasting time. I said the girl was not like the pictures and just not my type. As a regular of Olina I said I was surprised by Apple and wanted to book to see another girl. (I usually see Holly or Fallyn on a regular basis - 1 time a week).

The lady got very abusive and said she would not make another booking - I replied that this was not what I expected as a regular customer.  Her reply was she didn’t care about customer, just making money and that I had lost her money today.

I hung up.

I was v annoyed as I like the Olina girls but this really put me off.

This is very disappointing to read. It seems to me that perhaps there had also been some miscommunication between Olina and the girl and she wasn't expecting you, hence her dishevelled appearance and you having to wait outside for some time.

Regardless of circumstance, this is very poor service from Olina - they should take feedback on board, especially with new girls, and to refuse you a booking with someone else as a regular customer does not reflect well on them at all. I've always found them helpful and polite (although usually always dealt with a guy) so I hope this is an isolated incident, but I'm sorry it compounded your disappointment with Apple.

Sounds like Apple had been asleep and maybe no one had phoned through to tell her that you had made a booking, or indeed were on your way to her. That might explain the bad temper of the receptionist.

Sorry to hear this. I've used Olina on and off for a fair few years. I found the male receptionist(owner?) pretty brusque and rude the last two times I booked duos.
I asked whether discounts were still available for returning customers and was told that they were no longer given - something that others seem to qualify for. Anyway the lacklustre duos and a fair few reports of jaded Thai Sps has put me off using Olina again.
Hope your next punt is better.

I’ve used them for years and have always spoken to the same chap who’s aways been fine. When i used them last month everything was via message which suits me better. They even sent me the apartment number when i booked, which was 3 days until the punt. That was far better as it meant I didn’t have to loiter around on the phone when i arrived.

Amazing how misleading these photos are - she looks super hot on the touched up photos, vs reality it seems.

So misleading, banking on most punters turning up and going ahead with the booking regardless. Taking us for granted.

If they don't want people to walk away and lose the money from the booking not proceeding, then it's easy - show representative photos, so we are not misled, and tell the girls to make an effort with presentation/make up!!

Reflects my experience with the lady when she got the day mixed up I got blamed and blocked. I was a new customer then, but im very surprised she treats regular customers like that. I now usually txt and am very clear in my txts. I wonder what would happen if one needs to cancel for what ever reason?

A while ago I had to cancel at short notice as the atm took my bank card. I called and explained and they were fine. I rebooked a few days later with no problems at all. 

However, I’ve retired pretty much after my last two experiences with Holly and Cindy which both left me feeling under-whelmed. Perhaps my fault as they were 10am bookings, but if the girls don’t have the energy at that time it’s better to say so rather than them refusing services.

I've had mostly bad experiences with this agency apart form 1 time, whoever the owner is extremely bitchy when things dont go to plan, one of the girls told me they get overworked a lot, hence the burnout so you really are not guaranteed a good service

My last couple of dealings with Olina and in particular the cock who answers the phone have not been the best. Very salty when they themselves get the booking times wrong. Unnecessarily abrupt in his tone.

Agree - I used them to book April earlier this year (reviewed) and found their comms and organisation to be excellent. April was excellent too which probably helps!

I’ll go back there rather than Olina for my next Asian experience next time I’m in London.
