That's simply not true Victoria, people have commented that they have run over by a few minutes, myself included, but far too many are feeling short changed on time.

Firstly thank you for making the effort to reply.  Your service is great, however it does not take away the fact that you choose to deliberately shorten booking times after accepting the arrangement and payment.  It's not a mistake but deliberate!

I ask you the same question Victoria, would you be happy with the fact that you have not received a service you pay for and would happily thank them for it?  I would think not, so why do it to others, regulars such as Ming and his experience!

The call log on my phone clearly states the time I spoke to you from outside the apartment block on arrival.  Having switched my phone back leaving the apartment block and receiving text messages which are all logged with the time I received them, in all 45 minutes.

The fact you question my intellect and the inability to tell the time is insulting.  You are deceitful and your attempt to limit the damage to your reputation and service with lies are not pleasing but in fact add further offence!
