Spotted this profile on AW advertising cosplay parties in Dunstable:

Now there are some well known girls advertised as attending and their genuine Twitter accounts are linked, but some things are ringing warning bells for me.

They are asking for deposits and the price has been reduced from £125 to £60, which all sounds a bit fishy.

Has anyone worked out if this is kosher or not?

On the website they correctly note Bedfordshire, not Hertfordshire. They are next to each other and an easy mistake to make, especially if someone who is not ‘map aware’. I would give them the benefit of the doubt on that.

Most parties request a deposit, so that isn’t unusual.

I won’t be even trying to go, doesn’t really interest me (cosplay yes, parties less so).

Those I've attended previously have been pay on arrival. Those that do ask for a deposit are usually well-established.

I think I'd want to hear that this one went ahead successfully before I start laying out cash upfront.

Normally parties advertise the amount of punters attending , at £60 for two hours I would guess that they would be looking for at least 20 guys for the four girls if not more a ratio that rules me out

I'm Local and have not heard of these before so not sure if they have just started. Can't thing were they would be unless in the same building as the snooker club as I seem to remember some sort of swingers club operating out of there a few years back. Still not my thing anyway.

To be fair it’s also a few years since I have been, and when I had been a couple of times to a party I didn’t pay a deposit, however I have paid deposits in the past especially on a first trip.

if you pay a deposit and end up being scammed -lesson learnt-i would never pay an up front deposit to a working girl or establishment but thats my opinion only

It looks like these new parties are being held at what was Arousal at the north end of the High Street. Seems it is being re-vamped and getting a new name. Although essentially a swingers club, the venue has been used by sex party organisers and I have been there although it was several years ago.

I recognise 2 of the girls as being regular party girls - Riley Wyte (fka as Roxy) and Melody Pleasure. Can't say I know the other three.

I suspect the price reduction is to attract party punters to attend the first of what is a new venture. If it is a success then I suspect the price will go up as a 5 girl party for £60 is a snip.

I think they are genuine but there are hoops to go through like the deposit and having ID on the day.

If someone does go. please report back.

While there are still some parties where deposits are not required, more are now asking for them, to reduce no-shows and control numbers.

Carolina Parties and Loula's Parties have always had them. Rebecca Ryder's LSPs are deposit to be paid if you want to be sure of a place.

Agree.  Does look genuine now that I have followed the twitter trail and found the girls active in the party/porn scene.

I wonder whether my party days are over but I would be interested if it was perhaps a bit closer.

The organiser said that their account violated some Twitter terms with a couple of posts and can't get the account back - they're setting a new Twitter page up by tomorrow. It all seems legit, I just hope it is

Wishful thinking.

The three who can be found on AW-Riley, Melody and Luna definitely do  not allow anal on them. I think one might offer a strap-on service.

Some of these events happen at air BnBs but changing the venue last minute is a bit odd.

As these are their first parties bookings might not be what they hoped for hence the lower ratio. That might be another reason why they have changed the venue but there is also the fact that the club they were going to use is having its own party that day.

Chaotic but fun.

Wrong address so a few of us wandering like idiots trying to find the place.

A couple of the girls dropped out in the morning, but they managed to get Luna Doom to join.

Very nice people , girls were up for it so overall it was a thumbs up from me

I found it by just Googling "Riley Wyte Twitter", but it is a restricted account and you have to sign up to see anything.

Thanks Signy, I did find that but because of the arty photo I did not think it was the Riley I used to know as Roxy. As I have seen plenty of her in the flesh I will not be bothering to sign up.

Thanks Tom for the photo and intel on Ruby hosting and not playing.

I know the line-ups changed a few times since they first started advertising but at one time I thought they were at one time holding a 5 girl party when it would have only been 4 girls, and I think from what you have said it probably ended up a 3 girl party on the day.

I would not have been a happy player on the day if I had there. I prefer to see Riley in stockings and sussies, rather than dressed as a mermaid!!

Do you think you could do a review of the party as they should probably get a mention in Punting Wiki if they are going to become  a regular parties.

Thanks for the twitter link. It looks as if it is not restricted now and I can clearly see photos of Riley who I used to know as Roxy.

While Roxy has  rebranded  to Riley, she is still billed at LAPC parties as Roxy. She was there last week but unfortunately I could not get to the party. I do hope to see her again sometime as I get on well with her.

As I have not had the oppo to go one of Rebecca's parties recently I do not know how she takes the deposits.

The deposit I had to pay to be sure of a place at another party was done through Pay Pal.
