It is indeed. Basically it went down without notice. Everyone are surprised and are waiting for some info on what have happened. For now many SPs are moving to External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only (this is kinda new and looks like roksa regarding functionality but from my findings there are a lot of fake profiles too).
