Asked for availability, immediate auto answer reply to contact directly outside of the site on the above email/number.
No follow up despite apparently being online, unusually low rates and unverified, though the latter possibly because it's a new profile and the weekend.
Nothing by itself seemed suspicious, but the combination of the above added up, IMHO.
Would appreciate any more positive feedback before making judgement, either way...
