Funny that because I offered an alternative POV, I've been weeded as a fluffy  I know that Miley is a marmite girl and can be inconsistent with her service. I just pointed out the facts in the review. In the end I fully respect the OP's review and his opinion, it was balanced. I was the only one who went against the flow of criticising Miley, I can't see the generalising of that statement. In any case I think it's better to leave this here. A few of the comments are from people who have not seen Miley. As far as I'm aware, Miley's negatives are her attitude rather than her service. It's true she is paid to act in the right way, but I've found she needs to be engaged and approached with light hearted humour to best enjoy the punt, even if most will argue and rightly so that it's her job to provide a good attitude to the punt.
