The pics seem genuine, feedback is a little fluffy but all positive, but it's AW feedback so may as well be feedback from Len Goodman.
Profile since May last year, but everything on it seems to be "at discretion" so I fear you might get the usual disinterested service with EE girls where everything suddenly isn't available or costs extras.
However you can find some gems from Romania, mainly independents (she doesn't look independent) so worth a punt.
