Presuming you will be on business and staying in a decent hotel then look around the hotel foyer area, especially if it has a bar. Usually one or two will work the area. Sure it will cost a bit but unless you are OK with the language then that is the best option. If you are OK with the language then the coffee stalls in the shopping malls will usually have a few looking for business
