A recent review on one of the local boards details a visit to a more mature lady.

When the punter and the lady in question disrobed he discovered she had had a mastectomy on both breasts. According to his review this didn't perturb him too much and he went on to describe the rest of the punt.

Now I mean this with the greatest amount of sensitivity I can offer but shouldn't there be some things that WG's should reveal to the punter at the time of booking to save enormous embarassment to either party?

I once saw a SP who had had surgery and had a big scar on her abdomen like a full apron. It was all healed.  She told me upfront at the time of booking. It didn't bother me at all in the booking and I had a great time. She was obviously a bit self-conscious about it, but it wasn't a problem.

I saw another SP who was working about 1 week after having breast reduction surgery. She didn't tell me more before booking. It was only when she took off her robe that I saw 2 newly reduced in size boobs with stitches still in and newly attached nipples. Apparently she was an ex-Russian porn star. I wasn't getting money back from her, so quick handjob and I was on my way.

had she had re-constructive surgery? if so, you could argue that its not too different from ladies with fake boobs. but if not, then yes definitely. Personally whilst having great sympathy for her, i would not be happy!

If you're referring to my review I did state that she had lost one of her breasts, not both.  I didn't make too much of it in my review because it didn't really concern me. Having said that I  do agree with you.

Yes-it was your review and I stand corrected. It was one breast she had lost not two.

By the sounds of it you behaved impeccably but I honestly don't know what I would have done.

She really should be mentioning it before the punt, at least in the pre-punt phone call.

As a courtesy, anything that will fall short of the punter's reasonable expectation should be brought up beforehand, no? It's not a rude and careless assumption to assume that the lady you're about to see naked has tits, surely?

"Just had a boob job - no rough play" or "Recently has a wisdom tooth out so no oral for the next fortnight"; completely understandable, just make sure it's quite prominent in the description and doesn't contradict any advertised Likes. Us punters will part with money for just about anything, so long as our expectations are correctly set.

I once saw an SP who had a full apron scar from an op she'd had. She was obviously sensitive about it and thought I'd cancel my booking when she told me about it. It didn't cause me any concerns and the booking went ahead as planned and it was great. We all collect injuries and scars, physical and mental, as we travel through life. They don't have to affect bookings. Good communication and expectation setting is all that's needed and the booking just flows as normal.

But I punt for as perfect a female body I can find. If I loved someone IRL who went through that it’s totally different but surely no punter would entertain that for transactional sex?

I punt to have fun. That doesn't necessarily require a "perfect" body. It's a lot about attitude and personality. You can usually tell from messages if you're going to have a good time.

Coincidentally I looked at a profile recently where the Lady mentioned 'one boob' removed. Checked the pics and yep she had. So at least she was being up front about it.

Interesting posit.  Whilst I might well see a regular who subsequently had to have a mastectomy but whose attitude and service were undiminished I probably wouldn't choose to visit an unknown SP admitting to having a missing breast unless she was recommended by a punter I respected greatly.
If I visited an SP who had concealed her condition then it would very much be down to personality in the moment as to whether I stayed or left.  I'm a GFE punter so a great attitude trumps (most) physical shortfalls.  I've been thinking a good little bit whilst writing this and I'm more averse to naff bolt-ons than missing boobs.  Scars on body and limbs aren't so much a problem for me (long sternum cars from heart surgery, full width waist scarring from excess skin removal, heavily scarred perineal tears, breast reduction, leg and arm surgeries).  Heavy scarring about the face is probably the most likely to put me off and admittedly I've never punted with an amputee.
