Actually I am,  keeps a healthy blood flow according to the urologist that prescribed them. 

BTW - see other posts regarding cost of medication,  cheapest is by private presciption from your GP or private medical care - basically you pay at cost (between £2 and £3).  Next best option is an NHS prescription.  Acknowledge these are free in some parts of the country.

check Marmalade's post below.  he's broken down the prices for sildenafil and the same discount codes may be usable for tadalafil.  Some online chemist have on-going 15-20% discounts and another may have a huge discount for first order.

I would recommend daily 5mg tadalafil (Cialis) instead. It's better than Viagra, I use this myself. Less side effects.

I’ve not had any side effects from using viagra / sildenafil and found they work best for me. Cialis on the other hand a no effects at all - side or otherwise 🤷‍♂️

I too use sildenafil / viagra.

I tried cialis o  a 5mg daily dose for a bit, bit I found it gave me mood swings, apparently a rare side effect.

I have switched back to sildenafil. I do t get headaches  but if combined with alchol then it can lead to light headedness

The main annoying symptom I get with it is diarrhoea. I find a dose of 25mg works perfectly for me. If I go yo 50mg the bones isn't any harder but I do get diarrhoea.

Everyone is different of course. What works for one, may not work so well for another. Just try a different pills and different doses and see what does it the best for you.
