I know how you feel, main benefit of seeing escorts is you have unlimited choice and there is the power element where you can get them to do what you want. Although some escorts have done attitude.

It is good for variety but for meaningful connection would have to try normal route of building relationships. Being a massive narcissist like Andrew Tate I don't really think any woman would be good enough for me in a relationship unless they are one of the best looking women in the world, which is very hard feat to achieve.

All depends on what your individual personality is like. Lots of men seem to have lower standards in terms of attractiveness for women that they want to get into a relationship with.

Just being slightly pedantic here, but assuming Gurds does indeed have NPD (and that's a big assumption on an anonymous forum) then there is no treatment involving medication, unless accompanied by other conditions eg depressive illness.
