No approval necessary but people will moderate it if required. I think you mean TOFTT? Means "take one for the team". Usally when someone reviews a WG that hasn't been reviewed yet in the region or hardly at all.

Gives us a quick taste of a WG's potential, but personally I only see value if they're posted by respected members and are decent reviews overall.

Sometimes new members reviews are “held” until they have been checked by Admin/mods to ensure they follow the rules. Some maybe edited.

Why start a thread titled approved?
Approved for what?
