Search bar works for me but only by her AW number. I think she has changed her name slightly.

Just for reference - in my experience she never responds to AW emails, and tends to delete without reading or responds very briefly.... always better to text/phone

Same for me. I’m using Safari on my iPhone and it says there’s no reviews for her

Some of the reviews don’t come up as a number you need to click the “0 reviews for the service provider”part below the post and they will all be there  I’m on safari and it’s working fine

The counts for Positive, Negative, etc are broken and have been for quite a while.  Click the Service Provider link to the left of the counts and you'll see the page of reviews for the SP.
